How We Work with ADHD and disorganized clients
- Understanding – We understand each client is unique. We get to know you and the way you work most effectively. Then create a plan for success.
- Make it fun – We try to elevate your mood during our sessions by listening to your favorite music or podcast. Since we understand those with ADHD need excitement, we create games to keep you motivated.
- Rewards – We understand how hard it can be to get started and continue with tasks that feel boring so we build in rewards for accomplishing tasks.
- Partnership – We work with you at your pace and according to your preferences. We will never shame you or push you to discard items.
- Recognize Overwhelm – We understand you may feel overwhelmed or tired during our sessions and will pause when you need to.
- Set you up for future success – We help create systems that works best for your lifestyle and help you remain organized after our sessions are complete.
